A picture has emerged of a road west of Carlisle flooding.
The road that runs parallel to Burgh Marsh river now appears to be inaccessible.
Flood warnings are currently in place along the Solway coast, extending as far as Longtown.
The News & Star has contacted Cumbria County Council for an update on the status of the road.
