Four youths have been arrested after a 70-year-old man was assaulted during a burglary.
The Civic Hall and Masonic Centre in Market Square, Cleator Moor, was burgled last Wednesday, with offenders gaining access to the building and causing £1,000 of damage to four CCTV cameras.
The Whitehaven man attacked during the incident did not sustain any injuries.
A 14-year-old Workington girl and a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl, both from Cleator Moor, were arrested on suspicion of assault and burglary.
A Cleator Moor boy, 14, was also arrested on suspicion of burglary.
They have all been released under investigation.
