Forget the awful weather and the long, cold nights with a night of sequins, glamour and saucy fun all the way from the Canary Islands.
The Music Hall Tavern group will provide a reminder of summer holidays in Gran Canaria and Lanzarote when they take to the stage in Workington this weekend.
They have resident shows in Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura and entertain thousands of holidaymakers all year round with their variety show.
The performance includes drag and burlesque with Paul Carroll as Mrs T and Lee Sanderson as Peggy Lee the star performers, backed by the boys of the Showcase International Dancers.
There’s lots of singing, comedy sketches and audience participation.
The group started in Gran Canaria in 2011 and have become a fixture on the holiday circuit. over there, but regularly bring the show to the UK as a theatre.
They appear at the Carnegie Theatre, Workington on Sunday.
