Breaching a restraining order landed a Distington man back in court.
David Ryan Harris, 27, of Skiddaw Crescent, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington.
Magistrates heard that, on Sunday, February 10, Harris breached the order without reasonable excuse by being present in a named Workington street.
The hearing was told he was banned from entering the street in question by a restraining order imposed at the same court in April 2017.
Harris pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined £40, £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
