A CARLISLE man accused of dangerous driving and a class A drugs offence has appeared in court.
Stephen Lee Irwin, 31, of Eskdale Avenue, is charged with being in possession of class A drug with intent to supply and of driving dangerously in Scotland Road on February 1.
He faces two further monitoring charges; driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance.
He appeared at the magistrates’ court in Carlisle on Friday and entered no pleas. He will be brought before Carlisle Crown Court for a hearing on March 4 and has been remanded in custody.
