A WORKINGTON woman was arrested outside the county council's office in West Cumbria.
Police were called at around 8.30am today following a report of an obstruction outside West Cumbria House on Jubilee Road, Lillyhall, Workington.
The 40-year-old was arrested on suspicion of harassment and public disorder.
It is understood she was staging a protest.
A spokesman for Cumbria police confirmed she is still in custody.
