Being caught drunk and disorderly in public landed a Distington woman in court.
Laura McGrady, 32, of Main Street, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington and pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates heard she had displayed disorderly behaviour while drunk on Lowther Street, Whitehaven, on Monday, November 26.
McGrady was handed a £120 fine after her guilty plea.
She was also ordered to pay £85 Crown Prosecution Service costs and a £30 surcharge to help fund victim services.
