CLOSURE: Kingmoor Road in Carlisle will be closed on Sunday CUMBRIA COUNTY COUNCIL
TWO North Cumbria roads are to be temporarily closed for repair works on Sunday.
Kingmoor Road in Carlisle will be closed for one day near Kingmoor Nature Reserve for bridge works by Network Rail.
Meanwhile the A6071 at Irthing Bridge, near Brampton, will closed for several hours on Sunday morning to allow for a Varioguard to be installed on the bridge.
The road is expected to be closed between 8am and 10am.
Drivers are urged to leave extra time for their journeys and plan and alternative route.
