Passengers travelling to Glasgow Central could face disruption as flooding has closed the line between Kilmarnock and Dumfries.
Disruption is expected until 3pm, as the line is closed at Kirkconnel.
Train services between Glasgow Central and Carlisle via Dumfries will be delayed or terminated at Kilmarnock and restarted from Dumfries. Train stations between Kilmarnock and Dumfries will not be served.
Alternative transport at Dumfries and at Kilmarnock has been requested to shuttle between these stations calling at all stops, but this is yet to be confirmed.
Passengers with Scotrail tickets can travel on Virgin West Coast services between Carlisle and Glasgow via Lockerbie.
Tickets will be accepted on Stagecoach West between Glasgow-Kilmarnock-Dumfries on bus service X74.
Just show your valid ticket when boarding the bus.
