A Distington woman was fined after she admitted committing a public order offence.
Kerry Ann Weston, 44, of Kilnside in the village, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington.
She admitted one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, in Workington on July 31.
She was fined £140 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
Weston was also restraining orders banning her from contacting her victim and another person for a year.
