A fundraising 5K run will take place in Workington on October 30 in aid of four armed forces charities.
The People's Run 2 Remember will support ABF the Soldiers' Charity, Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, and Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
Hosted by Cumberland Athletic Club, it will being at 11am at Workington Bridge.
Registration will be at Workington Leisure Centre.
People have until midnight on Thursday to sign up for the non-competitive event.
Cumberland Athletic Club hosted the first Cumbrian Poppy Run in 2014, with 29 participants.
Last year it was replaced by the People's Run 2 Remember, which attracted 34 runners.
The event is part of a nationwide initiative and open to all ages and abilities.
