Police tape used to cordon off an incident
Witnesses are being sought by after a woman was verbally abused in Whitehaven.
Cumbria police said that the woman was walking home from work at around 10.30pm on October 7, when she became aware of a man walking behind her on Schoolhouse Court, off Schoolhouse Lane, in Whitehaven.
He then began shouting sexually-explicit comments.
The man is described as being in his 40s with a bald head. He was wearing a dark suit jacket and a white shirt.
He then walked off in the direction of Duke Street.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting log number 251 of October 7.
