A jury has heard evidence from the victim of an alleged rape in Carlisle.
John Thomas Jones, 30, is on trial at the city's crown court, where he has denied raping a woman on three separate occasions in November, 2015, and assaulting the woman, causing her actual bodily harm.
On day two of the trial today, jurors watched video footage of an interview the woman gave to police about the allegations.
"I just kept telling him I didn't want to have sex," she told an officer.
"He was clear on that."
The court has been told Jones, of Cornwall Street, Birmingham, insists that sex between the pair was consensual.
The trial continues.
