A teenager has been accused culpably and recklessly firing an air pistol in a house.
The pellets allegedly fired by Ali Bentley, 19, of Empire Way, Gretna, were said to have struck a wall and a front door.
Bentley pleaded not guilty at Dumfries Sheriff Court to committing the offence in July last year at Well Road in Lockerbie.
He also denied behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and setting off fireworks in the house.
Trial has been set for January.
