Foodie fun is continuing in Cockermouth today as thousands of visitors enjoy a mouth-watering array of events.
Cookery demonstrations, a Prosecco picnic area and taste trails are all part of an action-packed second day at the festival.
A food market, with 80 stalls, is based on the Main Street while a hot food court has been set up in Market Place.
Manon Plouffe, from Wild Zucchinis Bistro, lead a demonstration in a marquee in the town centre.
She said: "We were a bit scared but the the audience was superb and asked a lot of questions.
"Everyone has been really lovely, I'd like to say thank you to them for coming."
The festival opened on Friday with an official launch at Jennings Brewery as well as a six-course meal, prepared by Michelin star chef Kevin Tickle at Wordsworth House.
