LIVE musicians and DJs come together for an annual party night in Penrith.
Novella Festival returns to The Warehouse, in Burrowgate, on Saturday November 18, with three stages hosting three different styles of music.
The Main Stage downstairs will welcome one of the region's best-loved live acts, Soul Junction. This acclaimed eight-piece band run through their accomplished set of classic and contemporary soul music, which has seen them pick up plenty of plaudits since launching last November.
Once the band have wrapped up, the dancefloor is turned over to DJ John Shaw and DJ Doubledecks, who present a night of retro hits.
Upstairs, in Merchants, it will be the venue's regular Acoustic Takeover night, with Fiona Clayton, Ellena Tallentire, Shaniah Howat-Dobinson and Beth Florence each performing from 10pm onward.
At midnight, the Bowmans bar is opened for the Battle of the DJs, where three top Cumbrian house DJs will be going head-to-head; Kuvocha, Dan Barrientos and Random White Boy will be bringing the latest underground anthems and their personal selections.
