HOLLOWAY Richard John Of Great Salkeld, Cumbria Catherine, Mhairi, Cameron and family would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kind expressions of sympathy by way of cards, flowers and letters, each and every one has been very much appreciated, also for all the donations to Save The Children. Special thanks to medical and nursing staff at the Cumberland Infirmary and latterly Kingston Court Care Home for the tender care and kindness Richard received during his stay there. Sincere thanks to Rev'd Katharine Butterfield for her pastoral care and kind words and comforting service and Peter Watson at Jill Glencross Independent Funeral Directors for his invaluable help and guidance.
