HEWICK Sarah Brian and family of the late Sarah would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind condolences, cards and donations to Healthy Hopes; a dementia charity in Workington. Grateful thanks to all who cared for Sarah during her long illness. Special thanks to the dementia team at Age U.K., Bradbury centre, Oaklea and Jemcare home carers, and all carers and staff at Fairways Care Home who have been excellent especially during Sarah's last 4 days with me by her side. I also wish to thank Irene Fearon for her kind words and Stephen Johnston (Funeral Director) for his professionalism.
