BELL Noeleen (nee Bulman) On 30th September peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary, Noeleen, aged 76 years, a much loved wife of Les, a dearly loved mam of Elaine and David and a dear sister, sister-in-law and auntie. Funeral service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday 13th October at 12.20pm. Friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Blind Veterans UK c/o Ken Patton Funeral Directors, 41-43 Warwick Road, Carlisle.
