THOMPSON Ron 'Ginger' Peacefully in his sleep after a long Illness. Loving husband of Elsie, dear dad of Steven, the late Deborah, Elaine, Pamela and Trevor, dad-in-law to Janet, David, Richard, Philip and Pauline, much loved grandad to Alice, Sophie, Edward, Steven, Rory, Ethan and Eva, also great-grandad to Maggie, brother to his beloved sister June and family, brother-in-law to Irene and Joyce. He will be greatly missed by his many friends in Football, Golf and Bowling. A private service will be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Friday 12th June. Family flowers only please but donations are accepted directly to Hospice at home and The Alzheimer's Society. All enquiries to Michael Walsh Funeral Directors 01228 514000.
