Michael (Mike) CLARKE

CLARKE Michael (Mike) Peacefully at home on Saturday 30th May 2020, Michael (Mike, ex - Carlisle Tech College) (of Houghton) aged 74 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Liz, adored dad of John and Shona, dear father-in-law of Amanda and will be sadly missed by Shona's partner Neil, devoted grandad of Josef, Emily and the late Angel-Ellie also a much loved brother of Alison and Neil, brother-in-law and uncle. A private cremation service will be held. Donations in memory if so desired to be divided between the Eden Valley Hospice and Hospice at Home c/o Sean Crilley Funeral Directors, 78 Brook Street, Carlisle, CA1 2HX TEL: (01228) 544905.

I've great memories of riding around in the back of your MG and of you helping me repair my motorbike. You were such a generous and giving person, Mike. Sad, sad news! RIP.

Very sad to hear of Mike's passing . We started our teaching career on the same day at the tech college , and met very often during the next 25 years, R I P Mike.

Sorry to hear of Mike's death. Always remember sailing on Ullswater with Mike and he was always a funny guy. Enjoyed his company in the pub afterwards.
