SMITH Jack (71), very suddenly at West Cumberland Hospital, on Monday 21st October. Loving husband of Janette, son of Grace and the late Tom, brother to Pamela, Wendy, Jennifer, Alice and Thomas, step dad to Ann, Janice and Colin and devoted uncle, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to be held at Distington Hall Crematorium on Monday 4th November, at 2.00pm. Family flowers only and donations can be made to Seascale and Bootle Health Practices charity fund.
