Town edged 12-10 ahead by half time and weathered a Haven fightback to clinch the trophy.
Carl Forber capped off a brilliant performance with two tries and three conversions.
Callum Phillips picked up the try of the game with a superb 60-metre run to the line while Sam Dowsett and Tee Ritson also touched down.
And the final word went to Conor Fitzsimmons with a try on his debut, converted by Stevie Scholey as the hooter sounded.
Haven opened their account with tries for Jordan Burns and Paul Crook with a second half score from James Newton. Crook landed two conversions.
