Grantham Town have strengthened ahead of the trip to Workington Reds on Saturday.

The Gingerbreads have signed 18-year-old right-back Luther Wildin on a month's loan from Notts County.

Antigua youth international Wildin is yet to make a senior appearance for the Magpies and will be hoping to pick up some valuable first-team experience with the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League side.

Wildin scored and created two goals for his country in the Caribbean Football Union U20s qualifiers as they finished top of their group.

He went straight into the Grantham side that drew 1-1 against Barwell in midweek and immediately made an impact.

Grant Ryan was the scorer for The Gingerbreads to put them 1-0 up before Narwell hit back.

This leaves Grantham in 18th place ahead of Saturday's trip to Borough Park, with Reds in 16th as their Tuesday night game against Marine was cancelled due to an FA Cup replay.
