Penrith, led by captain Jonathan Osborne, were involved in the first of the three matches.
Reigning Northern League champions Leyland Cricket Club faced the Cumbrians in game one on Sunday morning.
Greg Hall was among the wickets, while skipper Osborne pulled off a stunning catch to restrict Leyland to 109 for 8 at the end of their overs.
In reply, Penrith began well but the dismissal of Australian opener Jesse Dinnie brought a steady stream of wickets which saw Osborne’s troops fall short of the total.
The second semi-final saw current Northern League leaders Netherfield, based in Kendal, smash the highest total of the day. They ended on 157.
Blackpool were well short of the target in reply and ended 97 all out.
Netherfield batted first in the final and posted 127 which proved to be enough as they won the Northern Premier League’s Readers Twenty20 Cup competition final.
