Man jailed by Cumbrian court for vicious attack on boys

A man has been sentenced to 162 days in a young offenders institution.

Connor John Laydon Moore, 19, of Selina Terrace, Maryport, admitted two charges of assault.

West Cumbria magistrates court was told that he carried out a vicious, unprovoked attack on two young boys while he was drunk and that he has an appalling record for violence.
