Man admits dangerous driving in Carlisle

A 21-year-old man has admitted driving dangerously through several streets in Carlisle – just two weeks after he was before magistrates for another offence.

Carl English, of Carvoran Way, Sandsfield Park, committed the offence on February 3 in Brook Street, Fusehill Street, Grey Street and Broad Street.

He also admitted failing to stop after an accident which involved the Saab car he was driving that day.

Adjourning the case for sentence on June 13, English was warned that all options, including jail, were being considered.
