Woman flown to hospital after crash
A woman has been flown to hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Seascale.
Police say the woman is not believed to have suffered life changing injuries in the crash, which was reported this morning at 6.40am.
She was flown by air ambulance to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle.
The crash happened on the B5344 South Parade in Seascale. The road was closed between Albert Street and the A595 for two hours but has now reopened.
