As we do not know the reasons for this mother being drunk - does it really need reporting on? Who knows what goes on behind closed doors. Now that child will be recognised - how that child is going to feel having this on the internet for the rest of its life. Please News and Star - let's have a bit more sympathetic reporting - it is bad enough the way you photograph road accident scenes without any thought of the rest of the family
