Woman arrested for drink-driving after crashing into school with child on board
A woman was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after crashing into a hedge outside a school while a child was on board.
The crash happened about 3.15pm yesterday outside Gretna Primary School.
The driver failed to stop at the scene. Police arrested a woman a short time later and has been charged in relation to the incident.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
