A MAN has appeared before a judge and admitted a charge of "taking revenge" against another person.
Declan Joe Brown, 20, pleaded guilty to two charges during a hearing at Carlisle Crown Court today.
One was a common assault on Dion Studholme and the other - involving the same victim - was one of taking revenge following a previous court case involving a third party.
Brown's offences were both committed in July last year. Judge Peter Davies adjourned his case and asked for more information before sentencing.
Brown, of Newton Arlosh, was remanded on conditional bail and is set to learn his fate at the crown court later this month.
He was told by Judge Davies that all sentencing options, including custody, would be open.
