One lane of the M6 closed following crash
One lane of the M6 southbound has been closed following a crash.
Cumbria police were called to the scene about a mile north of junction 41 at Southwaite at 10.15am.
A spokesman said that the car involved is a blue Ford Fiesta.
One southbound lane has been closed between junction 41 and junction 42, at the Golden Fleece.
No serious injuries have been reported at this stage but motorists have been advised to expect delays.
