A blackbird
Birds have been shot and left for dead in Carlisle.
Blackbirds, pigeons and seagulls have all been found with gunshot wounds, some of which proved fatal.
The birds have been found in a garden in Haycock Lane, off Wigton Road, over a period of time.
Police are appealing for information. Call 101.
