A man will stand trial accused of stealing a number of items from a vehicle in west Cumbria.
David Andrew Passon, 39, appeared at Carlisle Crown Court today, where he denied one charge of theft.
He allegedly stole CDs, a wallet with bank cards and a holdall containing sports equipment.
The theft took place in the Bransty area of Whitehaven between November 30 and December 3 last year.
He will stand trial at the crown court in the week of May 8.
In the meantime Passon, of Countess Road, Whitehaven, was remanded in custody.
