Preparations are under way for this year’s Cumbria Home Fair – the county’s biggest property event.
The event, organised by law firm Bell Park Kerridge, takes place at Carlisle Racecourse on April 22.
Billed as Cumbria’s answer to the Ideal Homes Show, it brings together exhibitors from across the region to offer advice and inspiration to homebuyers and people carrying out improvements.
James Bell, director at Bell Park Kerridge said: “We were extremely pleased with the success of the 2010 fair and this year is set to be much bigger and better.
“With everything under one roof, we expect demand to be very high for exhibitor space.”
