Woman arrested after Carlisle crash
A woman was arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a crash near Carlisle.
It happened on the A595, between Thursby and Carlisle, at about 12.25pm.
The vehicles involved were a white van and a black Ford Fiesta.
Nobody was injured in the collision.
The driver of the Fiesta, a 57-year-old woman from Carlisle, was arrested on suspicion of a positive breath test.
