Vehicle failed to stop in West Cumbrian collision
Police are investigating a fail-to-stop road traffic collision which occurred today at Lingmell Close in Whitehaven.
The collision, between an unknown vehicle and a white Fiat 500 which was parked on the street, occurred between 7.20am and 12.30pm.
