You spent all day yesterday stuffing your face and sat down indoors.
Now it's time to get out, get some fresh air and burn off a bit of the festive cheer.
A walk in Cumbria's great outdoors is fantastic at any time of the year - but is also a Boxing Day tradition for many.
Here are a selection of just some of the top places to stretch your legs and breathe deeply on Boxing Day.
1. Talkin Tarn, Brampton.
There are trails through the trees and along the shore of this 65 acre tarn.
2. Tom Gill to Tarn Hows, near Coniston
A steep walk to Tarn Hows. The return route offers spectacular views.
3. Silloth
The breeze from a good stroll along the front at the coast should be enough to blow away any cobwebs.
4. Latrigg, Keswick
One of the more accessible and lower fells. You are sure not to be alone on this popular climb, which overlooks the town below
5. The Vale of Nightshade, near Barrow
This walk starts at Furness Abbey and finishes in Dalton.
