Police hunt Cumbrian flasher who exposed himself in street
Police are looking to trace a man who exposed himself in the street to the horror of onlooking residents.
The man is believed to have flashed in Mill Street, Penrith, about 8.40pm on last Tuesday.
He was spotted by someone looking out their window, say officers.
The description of the offender is a white male, who was wearing a green jacket at the time. He was around 5ft 7ins in height.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who saw anything suspicious.
