Maryport area hit by another power cut
About 600 properties in the Maryport area have been hit by a power cut this morning.
An Electricity North West spokesman said the problem, affecting the CA15 area, was due to an ongoing fault and engineers were on the scene.
There is no estimated time for the problem being resolved.
Yesterday more than 800 homes in and around Flimby were left without power because of a fault in an underground cable.
