Firefighters were called to a blaze at a building in Longtown yesterday evening.
A pile of mattresses were alight at a derelict warehouse, formerly Edinburgh Woollen Mill, on Briar Lea Court.
Two crews, from Longtown and Carlisle West, attended the incident at 6.30pm on Sunday and put out the fire.
Firefighters, two wearing breathing apparatus, used a high pressure hose reel jet to bring the fire under control.
A thermal imaging camera was then used to make sure there were no hotspots and a high pressure fan cleared smoke.
