Part of the A69 Warwick Road, Carlisle
Motorists should expect delays when travelling in and out of Carlisle on the A69 today.
There are long queues of traffic around the Rosehill junction.
Vehicles are also queuing on the slip road of the M6.
The problems are being caused by a problem with the traffic lights.
Traffic is also backed up into Warwick Bridge as temporary traffic lights are in place there.
