Carlisle pop star Lee Brennan's Shine A Light Ball has been hailed a huge success - raising £20,000 for two cancer charities.
Last night's night of glitz and glamour saw 300 people flock to The Shepherd's, on the Rosehill industrial estate in Carlisle.
Celebrities and acts on stage included 5ive, Coronation Street actress Jane Danson and her husband Robert Beck as well as local youngsters from StagedRight.
The money raised is being shared between Macmillan Cancer Support and Teenage Cancer Trust.
Lee has today told the News & Star that a date has already been set for next year's Shine A Light ball - September 29, 2018.
Tickets go on sale next Saturday - September 30 - with Lee predicting they will sell out within 48 hours.
