The Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle
North Cumbria's hospitals are today experiencing problems with their phonelines.
North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle and West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven, says all 01228 numbers are affected.
It is instead asking people to use the 01946 693181 switchboard number if they need to contact either hospital.
