Whitehaven Coastguard Rescue Team are currently conducting a search to an 'unattended bag' near St Bees.
St Bees RNLI are also a part of the search.
If you have lost your bag then you are advised to get in touch with the Whitehaven Coastguard team.
A spokesperson for Whitehaven Coastguard Rescue Team wrote on social media: "The team are currently out in the area of St Bees Lighthouse conducting a search due to an unattended bag which has been located on the coastal path.
"St Bees RNLI are also conducting a search along the bottom of the cliffs."
