CUMBRIA Police have been tackling speeding in parts of Whitehaven.
Officers were in the Hensingham area and used a speed gun to monitor the speed of vehicles.
One man was breathalysed when it was suspected that he may have been over the prescribed limit, however, he blew under.
A spokesperson said: "Officers have spent time in the area this afternoon with the laser gun.
"We are pleased to say nobody was driving over the speed limit, but one gentleman was breathalysed due to suspicion of being over the prescribed limit.
"Luckily he blew 22 and was given suitable words of advice."
