PLANS have been put forward to turn a former pharmacy into a takeaway in Carlisle.
The sui-generis application for 6 Petteril Bank Road was submitted to Cumberland Council on April 2.
It has been put forward to the planning authority by Mr Gharehdaghi.
The plans indicate the selected site is for the currently vacant Boots pharmacy in Harraby.
The plan details operating hours from 5pm - 11pm most days, and 4pm - 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
The proposal also suggests the venture could employ between 7 and 10 people.
