POLICE are investigating an assault which left two men injured outside Keswick's The Crafty Baa pub. 

The incident, which occurred on Bank Street at 12.10am on March 17, involved an unknown male approaching and punching both victims.

Following the attack, the victims sustained injuries and one man was left with a serious facial injury.

The male suspect is reported to be possibly named Nathan.

He is described as being white, of large build, approximately 6ft, seen wearing a dark polo neck t-shirt, blue jeans, dark Adidas trainers with light blue stripes, and a dark-coloured, thin-layered puffer-type jacket.

The suspect was seen in the company of another male and two females.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have seen the suspect in the Keswick area to get in touch.
