A FREE shuttle bus will be running to Wasdale Head this Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
From Good Friday to Easter Monday (March 29 – April 1), the Wasdale Shuttle will connect Ravenglass with Wasdale Head including stops at Muncaster Castle and Gardens.
The bus will make visits to Wasdale and to popular walking trails like Scafell Pike and Great Gable much easier with parking in the valley very limited.
Wasdale Head is also the starting point to other fells in the Lake District such as Wastwater.
Due to wet ground, the bus stop for pop-up car park in Nether Wasdale will not be available.
