A FORMER pub in Silloth is set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £85,000.
The former Albion Inn on the corner of Eden Street and Skiddaw Street will be going to auction on April 4 at Carlisle's Halston Hotel.
The property, which boasts a four-bedroom flat on its upper floors, is situated opposite the local rugby and football club field and is close to caravan parks and Silloth Green.
Although previously used as a public house, the property can be converted into multiple uses, subject to the necessary planning consent.
