Carlisle's Old Fire station is set to host a Eurovision party featuring the music of Abba next year.

Thank You For The Music - The Ultimate Tribute to ABBA is an international smash-hit tribute show that brings all ABBA’s No1 hits to the stage.

Now in its 21st year, with a brand-new show for 2024, it combines the unmistakable harmonies, colourful costumes, and dazzling performances of the legendary Swedish band.

They will perform all the hits, including Waterloo, Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, and many many more.

Fancy dress is encouraged at the event, with anything Eurovision and ABBA-inspired, to celebrate 50 years since they won Eurovision with Waterloo in 1974.

This year's Eurovision song contest is taking place in Sweden, following the country's victory last year, which makes the anniversary even more special.

The event will also feature a DJ playing classic hits and Eurovision decorations, and starts at 7.30pm on Saturday, May 11 2024, with tickets available for £26.
